What to expect before your bid:
We are excited about the chance to bid on your project! Before we meet there are some things we’d like you to think through so we can discuss and give you the best experience possible. This will help maximize our time together and to provide you with the most accurate bid.
Priorities: What are your top priorities in the project? This could be: staying under a certain budget, maximizing functional storage space, achieving a certain esthetic, etc. It helps us if you write them down.
Style: Do you have specific finish outs in mind? Or would you like to see one of our materials finish out packages? You can ask about this when we meet. Take a look at our take on the Classic Farmhouse Bath Package below.
X-factors: In kitchens, cabinetry and appliances can have large variations in price. In bathroom remodels, plumbing fixtures and tile can be budget breakers. Take some time to have an idea of what you might want (check out Houzz, Pinterest, Instagram), as that can drastically change the end price.
Budget: If you are able to give us a ballpark figure of your budget we can collaborate creatively to make material and labor choices that maximize your budget and priorities.
Design Services: If you have a project that requires re-arranging a space (i.e. adding/removing walls, plumbing/electric fixtures, etc.) or more intricate design details, we recommend working with our in-house design team. This will help accurately estimate the work and keep everyone on the same page when the project is underway.
